Our booking can be done via call, WhatsApp, or our website. Bookings should ideally be made at least 2 hours prior to the desired time, especially for outstation trips.

Please confirm your pickup location, drop location, travel date, time, type of vehicle (Sedan, SUV, Tempo Traveller), and duration at the time of booking.
Shubh Yatra Cabs believes in transparency. Our fare includes:
Base fare (per km or per hour depending on booking type)
Driver allowance (for outstation trips)
Toll, parking, and interstate tax (if applicable)
Payment Options:
UPI / GPay / PhonePe
Cash to driver
Online transfer
Advance payment may be required for long-distance or special bookings.
Free Cancellation: Up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Partial Refund: If cancelled within 2 hours, 50% of the fare may be charged.
No Show: 100% chargeable.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment mode. To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us immediately.
All our drivers are background-verified, experienced, and well-trained.
Cab will be clean, GPS-enabled, and well-maintained.
Driver will carry a valid ID and driver's license.
We strictly prohibit:
Rash driving
Misconduct
Over-speeding

Shubh Yatra Cabs is not responsible for any lost or stolen luggage. Please ensure you carry all your belongings before exiting the vehicle.
