Full refund if cancellation is done within the allowed window.
Partial refund if cancelled after driver allocation but before dispatch.
No refund once the cab is dispatched or ride is started.

More than 12 hours before scheduled pickup: No cancellation charge.
6–12 hours before pickup: 20% cancellation fee.
2–6 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 2 hours before pickup or after cab dispatch: 100% cancellation fee.
We provide both local car rentals and outstation cabs. Each has different cancellation rules to ensure fairness:
Cancellation allowed up to 2 hours before the trip without any charges.
After that, full booking amount will be charged.
Cancel up to 6 hours prior for a 100% refund.
50% refund if cancelled 3–6 hours before pickup.
No refund if cancelled under 3 hours or on the spot.

Cancellations between 6–12 hours attract a 25% charge.

Modifying a confirmed booking is allowed with notice. However:
If the change affects pricing or route, a revised quote is shared.
If modification leads to cancellation, standard rules apply.
We encourage users to double-check pickup time, date, and location before confirming.
Advance payments are common for long-distance or multi-day bookings.
Advance is fully refundable if cancelled before 24 hours.
50% is retained if cancelled within 12–24 hours.
No refund for cancellations under 12 hours.
If you booked through a partner platform (e.g., travel apps or agents), refund requests must be routed through them. Shubh Yatra Cabs can support with documentation but refund issuance will be handled by the booking channel.
